I have every right to reject an order if I am uncomfortable and/or unwilling to draw, and I am not obligated to always provide an explanation why.

If you harass me, you will not be refunded. I have the choice to finish the commission or stop it entirely. You will also be blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me.

I do not work on deadlines. Due to both physical and mental health problems, I may take a while to finish a commission. I will notify you if I must go on hiatus or pause a commission for any reason. If you have not received an update within a month, feel free to send a message. Please do not constantly nag and harass me about the progress, I can't handle that.

If the artwork has a watermark, you may not remove it.

I may use the artwork for my own promotional use and share it on any social media platform.

You may not claim the artwork as your own or as someone else's.

You may not use the artwork for commercial use or any form of profit. You may use it for personal use (as profile pictures, reposts on social media, etc.. Feel free to dm me for clarification).

You may not remove the watermark or alter the artwork in any way without my consent.

I accept AUD and can be paid via PayPal.

Do not pay me immediately. I will draw a rough sketch of your commission first to give you an idea of what it may appear to be (this will be the first check). Once you are happy with the rough sketch, you will pay me half of the price. Once I have completed half-way, I will check with you again if the artwork is approvable. If yes, then you will pay me the rest of the price, and I will finish the commission.

If you are unsatisfied with the final product even after both checks, you will not be refunded.

If you change your mind and decide against the commission before the second check, you are not required to pay the second half of the payment. However, the first half of the payment will not be refunded.

If for any reason I cannot start or am unwilling to complete the artwork at any time, you will receive a refund.
